“As the morning sun evaporates fog off of mountain tops, up with it rises a beast most unreal. A great serpent coils within the clouds, its scales crackling and spattering with devastating energy.”

This artwork is based the artist’s experiences at Mt Bithengabel in the Scenic Rim, QLD. There fog settles on the mountain at night and rises with the morning light. Here the artist entertains the fantasy that this would be a great cover-up for a mythological creature, which moves between the earth and sky without being seen.
